Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Vibeland (vibeland.app), operated by Soyeon Noh (Business Registration No. 865-10-01647, Republic of Korea). We process payments through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. Pro Subscription

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro benefits until then.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
  • If you are charged after requesting cancellation due to a processing error, contact us for a full refund of that charge.

3. Spark Packs

  • Spark purchases are generally non-refundable once the Sparks have been credited to your account.
  • If you have not used any Sparks from a purchase and request a refund within 14 days, we will process a full refund.
  • Partially used Spark packs are not eligible for refunds.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a charge was made in error, contact us and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous amount.

5. Service Issues

If the Service experiences a significant outage or technical failure that prevents you from using purchased Sparks or Pro features for an extended period, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@vibeland.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
